We are a local family farm serving the Dallas Metro area and Northeast Texas since 1984.

Seasonal organically grown vegetables
Grown organically and sold locally. Pick up at nearby Farmer's Markets or here at the farm. We grow your basic garden fare without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Seasonal and local - we do not have tomatoes in January nor lettuce in August. We grow with Mother Nature ! Fueling a greenhouse to grow out of season produce is just another way to pollute. Learn to eat with the seasons and avoid greenhouse and long distance shipped produce. See market schedule below...

Grass-fed lamb
-
Our lambs are 100% grass-fed, no antibiotics, no feedlots and we use an Animal Welfare Approved processor.
Our hens enjoy all the spent vegetables from the garden, insects, grasses, seeds, forbs and wildflowers, legumes and non-GMO, non-Soy feed supplements when needed.
Farmer's MarketsWe attend local Farmer's Markets so that we may better reach our customers. The markets all have their own websites and Facebook. Check with them for schedules and hours. Remember- just because it is at a farmer's market does not mean it is organic or local - ask questions ! Most markets (White Rock is the exception) allow vendors to resell produce that they have purchased wholesale and did not grow. We only sell produce that we grow here on our farm !

Farm pickup of pre-ordered items -
We are typically available Monday - Friday for picking up farm purchases. Please call or email first to check our inventory. Eggs, beef and lamb are usually available. Fresh picked produce is only available on Fridays ! If long storing (room temperature) produce is in season (onions, garlic, winter squash) we should have those during the week. Please remember that picking up your order at the farm is NOT a farm tour. We have very limited labor and must schedule farm tours, we cannot accomodate drop ins with our heavy work load. If you signup for

and/or Facebook, you will get a notice of farm events, work days, etc.
Garden tours -
Private tours of our garden are $7.00 per person, with a $70.00 minimum. You may also visit during one of our events or workdays. We primarly produce vegetables on our farm and do not have a petting zoo. We cannot guarantee that you will see the chickens and or sheep during any one visit as it depends on thier pasture rotation. The tour is primarly a walking tour of the garden that lasts about an hour. Email notification and Facebook will keep you informed of any public farm events.
